Semja millum KAF og Starvsmannafelagið

Fyri løtu síðani skrivaðu Kommunala Arbeiðsgevarafelagið og Starvsmannafelagið undir semju um sáttmála galdandi fram til 1. oktober 2019.

Í høvuðsheitum byggir semjan á somu prinsipp sum semjan millum Fíggjarmálaráðið og Starvsmannafelagið og tann lønarkarmin, ið upprunaliga varð settur, tá partarnir á arbeiðsmarknaðinum fóru undir samráðingarnar í heyst. Hetta merkir, at mánaðarlønirnar hækka við kr. 633 frá 1. oktober 2017, meðan hækkingin tann 1. oktober 2018 verður kr. 754. Sostatt verður lønartalvan fyri kommunala geiran tann sama sum hjá landinum.

Av øðrum viðurskiftum, ið partarnir hava gjørt semju um, kann nevnast, at álitisfólk fáa samsýning svarandi til eitt lønarstig, treytirnar í sambandi við barnsburð og sjúku áðrenn føðing eru betraðar, og somuleiðis verða landmálsteknikarar og byggitøkningar løntir ein flokk hægri enn higartil.
